Course Description

This elective course runs in the second half of the year during Term Two.

Students will learn the essential components of a computer, different types of computer applications, basic computer programming concepts, and the impacts of technology use on personal health. Students may have opportunities to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills to design, plan, and develop digital products such as computer systems and educational games.

Homework

Homework, test prep, and work on projects should add up to 30 minutes per class as outlined in the Richmond Christian School Policy. Regular practicing is essential for developing skill.
